Initial Consultation

15 minutes  -  Free

This is our time to talk briefly prior to scheduling your first session, to determine if we would be a good fit.  We can discuss some of your reasons for seeking counseling, your goals, what you are looking for in a counselor, etc., and I can describe how counseling may look for different cases.  I allot 15 minutes for a phone consultation.

Individual Counseling

60 minutes - Regular fee $90

Sliding scale available

I will collaborate with you (and your family if appropriate) to determine a therapeutic plan that will best meet your goals.

*A minimal extra fee will be charged for postpartum home-visits depending on distance traveled in the Rogue Valley.

Family Counseling

60 minutes  - $100

 90 minutes  - $140

I have found that when working with new parents and with youth, highly beneficial outcomes can occur when the family is involved in the therapeutic process.

Group Counseling

90 minutes  -  $20 per person

Depending on my clients needs and desires, and how many clients are interested in groups, I facilitate groups for new mothers, fathers,  and for adolescents (upon request) addressing topics such as:

  • Self-esteem/Confidence

  • Self-care essentials

  • Identity Development/Life Transitions

  • Creative expression

  • Anxiety/Stress Management/Coping Skills

  • Body Image

  • Healthy Relationships/Communication

NEw Parent Wellness Classes

I facilitate prenatal and postpartum wellness classes at local clinics.  This is a powerful community-building and prevention tool that can reduce the frequency and severity of postpartum depression (and other perinatal challenges).  Please contact me with any questions, and if interested in implementing this program!

Upcoming classes open to the public:

Postpartum Wellness 1: For pregnant women and their partners.  Explores the powerful transition into parenthood, information about common perinatal emotional/mental health challenges, and how to prepare and seek support for optimal postpartum wellness.

Date/Time TBA

Postpartum Wellness 2: Focuses on self-care strategies, communication skills to increase connection with your partner, and important postpartum planning.

Date/Time TBA

$20 per class

I am also empassioned to create an environment where women get the chance to dive deep and build a relationship between their waking selves and the creative juice they hold deep within.  We hold workshops to take this inner journey together.  I call this work:
