This is our time to talk briefly prior to scheduling your first session, to determine if we would be a good fit. We can discuss some of your reasons for seeking counseling, your goals, what you are looking for in a counselor, etc., and I can describe how counseling may look for different cases. I allot 15 minutes for a phone consultation.
Individual Perinatal Counseling
60 minutes - $240

I will collaborate with you (and your family if appropriate) to determine a therapeutic plan that will best meet your goals for recovering from postpartum distress. Depending on severity of symptoms, duration is usually 4-16 sessions.
Couple's Counseling
(Both Parents together)
60 minutes - $240
I have found that when working with new parents, highly beneficial outcomes can occur when the family is involved in the therapeutic process together.
Group Counseling
for new moms
$60 per person
I facilitate therapy groups for new mamas having difficulty adjusting to life with a baby.

NEw Parent Wellness Classes
I facilitate prenatal and postpartum wellness classes at local clinics and online. This is a powerful community-building and prevention tool that can reduce the frequency and severity of postpartum depression (and other perinatal challenges). Please contact me with any questions, and if interested in implementing this program in your clinic!

Fees: Fees due at the time of service. I accept cash, checks, and most major credit and debit cards. I also accept OHP (Jackson Care Connect), Moda, and Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Cancellations: Sessions are scheduled by appointment and are usually 60 minutes in length. This time is reserved for you. If you need to cancel your appointment, a 24-hour notice is required. You will be charged for your appointment if you fail to provide 24-hour advance notice of cancellation. Please call immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
